The Dominican Republic... is my Country of choice but it is not perfect in every way. For example the system for providing electricity is not the most efficient and is subject to blackouts on occasion. That is something that most of us simply accept and live with but not so in this fine home. The owner of this property has installed a 3,000 watt wind generator so there is never a problem with electricity! That wind generator stays with the property for the new owner. Also included for the convenience of a new owner is a large battery bank plus an inverter system.
