Excellent Charley Morgan design... This "walk-over" model provides two separate and private cabins. Both of these cabins have comfortable beds for two and each has hanging closets and a full head. She is a perfect live-aboard yacht. With a fourteen foot beam her main saloon is huge. Her port side dining area with cushioned seats accomodates six for dinner. On her starboard side we have a settee and plenty of built-in storage in cabinets and under the seats. Very nicely appointed.
The forward cabin with it's huge king sized bed is bright and well ventilated. There are shelves all around and storage below the bed. The head has two access doors and features a shower, head, sink and lots of storage space. Across from this forward head is a hanging locker and a second closet for tools and other general storage.
The "L" shaped galley is sheer comfort for the ship's cook. There is plenty of space in this area for a freezer if desired. The galley sink is stainless steel with a pressure water system.
The large center cockpit provides security and safety at sea and great access to all areas of the deck. It can be fully enclosed with zippered plastic panels and the bimini top was installed new in 2005. An extra canvas has also been designed to protect and insulate the cocpit area from the tropical sun.
The large aft cabin is very comfortable and sleeps two with ease. There is plenty of storage space provided under the bunk as well as another hanging locker and plenty of drawers. This completely separate aft cabin is complete with a full head. She is a solidly built fiberglass yacht with teak flooring throughout.

Just to sum things up... She is reasonably priced and in a super location at just the right time! It's now the beginning of the cruising season and time to think seriously about exploring the exotic Caribbean Islands. Her standing rigging is fitted with Sta-Lok equipment indicating that it has been replaced and it all appears to be in very good condition. All of her running rigging appears to be serviceable. On my inspection I noticed only one small soft spot on the deck which can easily be repaired. A number of Additional Photos can be found at this link. These Morgan yachts hold their value well and this one has been priced to sell. Not a racing hull but very comfortable at sea for you and your family.
