Welcome to Paradise, this property is a spectacular Tuscan themed villa located directly adjacent to the beach in Punta Rucia on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. The gated complex is completely walled on all four sides and includes the main villa and an additional two “casitas” in a separate building adjacent to the main house.

Plumbing includes a 3500-gallon water storage tank feeding an automatic pressure pump and pressure tank. This system provides pressurized water to the villa and casitas. Hot water to the main house is provided by a solar powered passive 40-gallon tank located on the villa’s roof and a pressure driven instant propane heater for the casitas. The casitas also have an additional 100-gallon water storage tank.

Located on the villa’s roof deck is a plunge pool offering a stunning view of the beach and surrounding mountains. The roof deck is also fitted with a 1000w karaoke system connected to a 50” wall mounted smart TV.

Outdoor Kitchen: (240 sq. ft.): Included propane fed stove top, propane fed stainless steel barbeque, ice cold drinking water dispenser, refrigerator, sink and plenty of cupboard space, A table and chair set provides seating for up to 6 people.

Ancillary structures: Lockable secure generator enclosure, lockable secure fuel/parts storage, pump house for the pressurized water system, and 3500 gallon water tank are all located away from the main house, at the bottom of the compound.

The gabled ceiling third floor is unfinished and accommodate 3 additional rooms on the master side and 1 or 2 additional rooms on the guests’ side.  The villa has a full unfinished above-ground basement with two garages, utility rooms and workshops.

There is ample parking space for 4 cars, the garden is well maintained and a nice pool is immediately next to the villa.
