Plumbing includes a 3500-gallon water storage tank feeding an automatic pressure pump and pressure tank. This system provides pressurized water to the villa and casitas. Hot water to the main house is provided by a solar powered passive 40-gallon tank located on the villa’s roof and a pressure driven instant propane heater for the casitas. The casitas also have an additional 100-gallon water storage tank.

Located on the villa’s roof deck is a plunge pool offering a stunning view of the beach and surrounding mountains. The roof deck is also fitted with a 1000w karaoke system connected to a 50” wall mounted smart TV.
